NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

I hereby give notice of the annual General Meeting of the company Bromley Indoor Bowls Centre Limited to be held on

Saterday 14th Janauary 2023 starting at 11 am

Nominations are invited for Director position and foorms are availableat reception for comletionand returnig to Company Secretary by email to companysecretarybibc@gmail.com

If for any reason you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to submit a vote, proxy forms are available at reception foir completion and returning to the Company Seretary as above

Details of any resoilutionsto the AGM and pertinent documentation will be circulated to members prior to the meeting. Members without emails can on request obtain papeers from reception
